Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Site
Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Site or Services
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the Site or Services ("Feedback"), you grant VaultSight an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose
Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

User Content

By providing User Content, you grant VaultSight and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights in and to the User Content you provide
The User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
The User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity

VaultSight has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content. VaultSight takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by VaultSight. VaultSight has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that VaultSight shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Warranty Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VAULTSIGHT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VAULTSIGHT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VaultSight, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site or Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Latvia, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site and Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Site and Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site and Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site or Services, third parties, or the business interests of VaultSight.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site and Services, or you may contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, rules, or policies that we may post on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and VaultSight regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and VaultSight.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by VaultSight of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of VaultSight to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
